On June 22, 2024, NBC’s “Dateline” will yield its airtime to the thrilling coverage of the 2024 U.S. Summer Olympic Trials, offering viewers a front-row seat to a day brimming with athletic excellence and Olympic dreams.

At Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Day 8 of the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials will showcase the finals of highly anticipated events including the men’s 100m butterfly, women’s 200m IM, and women’s 800m freestyle. Additionally, viewers can catch the semifinals of the women’s 50m freestyle, where top swimmers will compete fiercely for their chance to represent the United States at the Summer Olympics.
