Dateline Saturday July 13 2024 Pre-Empted

On June 13, 2024, fans of “Dateline NBC” will have to wait for their next true crime fix, as the popular show has been preempted due to the broadcast of the Hy-Vee Homefront 250 at Iowa Speedway.
The Iowa Speedway, often referred to as “The World’s Fastest Short Track,” is a .875-mile tri-oval renowned for its quick laps and exhilarating racing. Last year, Josef Newgarden captivated fans by sweeping the races, and his return this year only heightens the excitement. With laps being completed in under 18 seconds, the race is expected to be a fast-paced spectacle that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
Viewers tuning in on June 13 will be able to catch all the action from the Hy-Vee Homefront 250 instead of the scheduled episode of “Dateline NBC.”
